About These Terms

PurposeMint is a sister venture of Mint To Prosper Foundation, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our websites, programs, donation processing, volunteer applications, and the PurposeMint platform. By using any of our services, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility & Acceptable Use

• You must be at least 13 years old to use our website. Youth programming is administered separately with parental or guardian consent.
• You agree not to misuse our services, including submitting false information, attempting to disrupt service, or impersonating another person or organization.
• Program eligibility (such as the Conqueror Community Savings Program) is determined by published criteria. Participation is at the sole discretion of the Foundation.
• Volunteer, board, and partnership applications are reviewed on a rolling basis; submission does not guarantee acceptance.

Donations

Donations to Mint To Prosper Foundation are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by U.S. law. Donations are processed by Givebutter, our third-party donation platform. By donating you agree to Givebutter's terms in addition to ours.

• All donations are final and non-refundable except in cases of duplicate or erroneous charges. Contact us within 30 days to request a refund review.
• Donations directly fund program operations, participant savings matches, financial coaching, and the families we serve. Administrative overhead is kept intentionally low.
• Donors receive an electronic acknowledgment for tax purposes. Mint To Prosper Foundation's EIN is 38-4371182. Questions? Email community@minttoprosper.org.

Intellectual Property

All content on our websites — including the PurposeMint name, PurposeMint name and logo, written content, photography, and program curriculum — is owned by the Foundation or used under license. Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted third parties for specific functions. Your interactions with these services are governed by their respective terms:

• Givebutter — donation processing
• Mailchimp — newsletter and waitlist signups
• Airtable & Tally — volunteer and board application forms
• Google Analytics / Tag Manager — anonymous usage measurement

SMS Terms

Limitation of Liability

Our websites and programs are provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PurposeMint is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
